- Content you provide during communication with the GIMUN AI Assistant and the organizing committee (see "AI Assistant Data" below for details).
(2) Automatically collected information
To ensure service stability and technical security, we or our service providers may collect:
- Browser type, device model, operating system, IP address, access time and frequency;
- Page access paths, dwell time, error logs, and other system information;
- The query code you entered in the Representative Seat Inquiry System (for one-time use only; not permanently stored).
(3) AI assistant related data
- GIMUN self-hosted servers do not store, track, or analyze any user conversation content;
- Conversations are forwarded to third-party AI service provider DeepSeek via an encrypted proxy interface;
- DeepSeek may analyze conversation data to improve its models in accordance with its privacy policy. This activity is solely the responsibility of DeepSeek, and GIMUN assumes no related legal liability.
III. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following legitimate, lawful, and necessary purposes:
- Provide core services including registration confirmation, meeting notifications, seat inquiries, and training materials;
- Identity verification, security auditing, and system maintenance;
- Optimize platform experience and service quality;
- To cooperate with lawful information disclosure requests from government or judicial authorities in accordance with the law;
- We will not use your data for advertising or commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
We guarantee that all usage practices are service-oriented and will not collect or utilize your data beyond the necessary scope.

(1) Third-party enrollment platforms
GIMUN's registration system is provided and hosted by a partner platform, whose data processing follows an independent privacy policy. We require them to fulfill security obligations through agreements, but cannot fully control their actions. Please carefully review the platform's privacy terms before submitting your information.
(2) Third-party services used by AI Assistant
GIMUN AI Assistant operates on the DeepSeek language model. All conversation content is encrypted during transmission and processed by this model to generate responses.
